Selling time and attendance products in today's market is extremely competitive. The products are sold by dealers that specialize in time and attendance as well as office supply dealers, large office supply superstores, and Internet retailers. The landscape is hard to navigate for the independent dealer which makes it very difficult to survive.
The objective of this site is to provide resources to improve the marketing efforts of any dealer selling time and attendance products. It is my belief that the future success of the dealer community can best be facilitated by sharing tips and techniques with each other. Since the site is just now getting started, it's hard to predict the direction that it will take. I am hopeful that many dealers will join this community and share information with each other. Some of the topics that I think would be useful for everyone are: - Direct marketing initiatives that work (and those that don't seem to work).
- Product discussions and feature requests to be forwarded to manufacturers.
- How to create compelling selling messages to your customers.
- Sales processes that generate results.
- eCommerce tips and techniques.
